Validation Station? • How do I purchase Validation Station? You may purchase Validation Staiton for immediate download through our secure online store. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Or you can submit a secure online request, and pay by check. • How do I get started using Validation Station? A full set of instructions is available in the Help menu, once you open Validation Station after installation. • How much does Validation Station cost? The cost is a $1,000 one-time license fee.
Valid for installation on one PC. Up to 3 licenses may be purchased
per company. • Does the cost depend on the size of my organization, or intended level of use? Our pricing structure is straightforward and permits your organization to license up to 3 seats. If more are needed, we would be happy to discuss alternative solutions. Contact us for more information. Each license is valid for installation on a single desktop PC. • Do I have to purchase the code set table updates? Validation Station will continue to function without updated code set tables. We recommend you download the updated tables as
they are made available, to stay current with the latest industry
code sets. • Is there a limit to the number of files or transactions? There is no limit to the number of files or transactions you can validate using Validation Station. • How long may I use Validation Station? Upon purchase of the full version, there is no limit to the duration of use. Code set tables are updated quarterly and are available for purchase through our secure online store. • Are all HIPAA transaction guidelines available for testing? Yes - all HIPAA transactions are included. Foresight’s testing of those transactions is thorough and strictly adheres to the HIPAA rules and WEDI/SNIP Level 1-7 edits in creating its testing guidelines. • Does Validation Station create transactions? No. Validation Station is a transaction validation system, not a source of transaction data or translator. • When will I receive the Validation Station software? When you purchase the full version through our secure online store using a credit card, you will immediately receive a link to our download site and instructions for installation. If you choose to mail a check, we will contact you with your download instructions after we receive your payment. • How do I keep the code set tables updated? Code set table updates are available quarterly on the web site. You can purchase the updated tables for $150 which includes any software enhancements. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an email with download instructions.
