How it works:

TI Payments Manager uses your custom business rules to validate outgoing 835 payment messages, identifying problems of incorrect coding, improper adjudication, and imbalance conditions.

Messages that fail these tests can be split from their batch and held for remediation, allowing the remainder of payments to continue on.

Proactive Emails alert staff of problems, and they can view the 835 in its original, familiar format rather than a stream of EDI code, then correct and resubmit for transmission. The system can also verify the top line amount of an outgoing 835 matches the respective check or EFT before the 835 or payment is issued.
