How it works:

TI NPI Manager works in conjunction with your established NPIcrosswalks and business rules to confirm and correct data before it getsto your downstream systems. This is performed in a two-pronged approach of

  • Automatic Data Substitution of inbound and outbound data files.
  • On-screen workflow driven Error Correction through selection of "best candidates" for substitution.

You can create business rules to define how to match and substitute your existing provider identification numbers to and from the NPI numbers automatically, with both application and external database look-up options. All data element conversions are logged to enable audit and tracking. Alerts can also be configured to provide automated notification of operational events and exceptions.

When there is insufficient information to perform automated data replacement, use the NPI Error Correction Facility for modification of data with manual review - including the NPI and other data elements. No other solution provides the intuitive on-screen presentation of familiar “form-based” data correction.

Get more value. With Foresight’s EDISIM, you can author and maintain data swapping rules using an intuitive rules wizard. Operational Alerts provide automated notification on operational events and exceptions. TI NPI can also be celled using available web services.
