How it works:

TI Enrollment Manager interrogates inbound data files to ensure benefit enrollment transactions meet industry standards and your custom guidelines, and provides an intuitive, on-screen error correction facility for those that don’t.

Inbound File Validation
By configuring to work with your custom guidelines for 834 transactions,TI enrollment Manager:

• Validates each enrollment / membership document within an inbound file
• Flags each error with a configurable error message

If the file can be split (Change/Update File), good documents flow through, while bad data is queued for correction. If the file cannot be split (Verify/Audit File), good data awaits correction of bad data. Once corrections are complete, they are verified and passed for processing.

On-screen 834 Error Correction
When an error is identified within a transaction, the intuitive on-screen interface and configurable workflow environment allows you to:

• Quickly identify and correct data errors at any level of the transmission file
• Assign tasks to the proper team or individual
• Easily apply changes to individual transactions or the entire transmission file
• Re-validate corrected data, and submit the completed transactions

Proactive Emails alert staff of problems, and they can view the 834 in its original, familiar format rather than a stream of EDI code, then correct and resubmit for transmission.
