TI Community Manager is a web-based solution for implementing and managing large, diverse communities of trading partners. Community Manager makes it easy for business partners to self-test their EDI data securely, reliably and without assistance. At the same time, it creates a community management environment that lowers administrative costs and greatly improves your ability to manage partners with different test requirements – from recruitment and trading partner agreements to promotion and production.

Community Manager enables EDI analysis and correction without limiting the number of users. And the branded test facility is virtually available from any authorized browser 24x365.

Community Manager is the only product of its kind with ScenarioManagement. Since your various constituents have different EDI testing requirements, Community Manager offers Scenario Management, a way to define unique business scenario test conditions on a by-partner basis.

When partners log on to the service, they know exactly what conditions need to be met. Test data is run automatically and returns a comprehensive scorecard that tells them where they passed, where they failed, and why. A detailed report provides information on each business document as well, including which scenarios were met and whether or not the document was successful.

Administrators can collaborate with partners online or evaluate results independently. Scenario Management can generate an unlimited numberof graphical charts, instantly illustrating completion rates or showing how companies compare by region, category, company size – whatever criteria you define.
