DUBLIN, OH, November 12, 2007 – Foresight Corporation, a pioneer in healthcare transaction automation and analytics, announced today it has been selected by AXIOM Systems, Inc., a provider of information system services and products to the managed health care industry, to integrate its real-time data validation solution into AXIOM’s healthcare payer applications.

Under terms of the agreement, AXIOM will replace the current third party data validation technology within its Trans*Send and HIPAA MAXIM applications with Foresight’s TI Instream®. AXIOM’s products automate all payer HIPAA transaction needs and permit healthcare payers to avoid clearinghouse fees by supporting a direct access route for providers and employer groups.

TI Instream, largely considered to be the most robust data compliance engine in healthcare, has been benchmarked in excess of 5 million transactions per day with performance of 100+ transactions per second, even on a single CPU server. This ensures AXIOM clients get high-speed, high-performance validation on all transactions communicated through the Trans*Send Portal.
