Robert A. Fisher
President / Chief Executive Officer

Bob Fisher has guided Foresight Corporation as President and CEO since the company's inception in 1990. Bob has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the IT field. Prior to Foresight, he served in various executive positions at Sterling Commerce, where he founded the company's flagship EDI software business. The Journal of Electronic Commerce cites Bob as an e-commerce pioneer for his achievements at Foresight and Sterling Commerce. He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University and an A.B. cum laude in both Mathematics and English from Washington University in St. Louis.

Douglas J. Spence
Executive Vice President

Doug Spence joined Foresight Corporation in 2000 with 32 years of diverse and successful leadership experience in high-growth technology companies. He has led the sales, development and operations divisions of several billion-dollar corporations and most recently served as President of The Huntington Service Company, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huntington Bancshares, Inc. Previously, Spence served as CIO and vice president of corporate operations at CompuServe Corporation, where he oversaw worldwide data center provisioning and management, corporate engineering, IS, IT and supply chain management. In addition, Spence held various executive positions during his 27-year tenure at Industrial Nucleonics/AccuRay Corporation, which eventually emerged as a $250-million US subsidiary of Asea Brown Boveri, Ltd. Spence earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, where he graduated with a Co-op Certified degree having worked with Westvaco Corporation and Mobil Chemical Company from 1964-1967.

Edward A. Hafner
Chief Technology Officer

Edward A. Hafner serves as Chief Technology Officer for Foresight, where he sets the technical direction for Foresight's suite of HIPAA transaction compliance solutions. He joined the company from Ultryx Corporation, where he oversaw product strategy, technology, and product development operations as CTO. Prior to this he held a variety of positions during his 14-year tenure at Sterling Commerce, eventually assuming the role of vice president of development and operations, where he managed all B2B activities including portal development, product development, business systems development, global operations and technical support. Hafner graduated from The Ohio State University with degrees in Computer Information Science and Accounting.

Kristin Maxwell
Corporate Controller/Treasurer

As Corporate Controller, Kristin Maxwell is responsible for day-to-day management of Foresight's Finance and Administration department. She joined the company from Horizons Real Estate Group, where she served as Assistant Controller, overseeing financial activities for the company's Midwest Region portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential properties. During her five-year tenure there, Maxwell worked as a member of the senior management team on strategic planning, profitability analysis, budgeting, revenue and expense management, financial reporting, financial system conversions, and project management. Prior to Horizons, she directed numerous financial functions for Micro Electronics, Inc., a multi-million dollar organization of computer, retail and educational operations, where she oversaw a financial team responsible for day-to-day sales and credit reporting activities. Under her direction, the team implemented new procedures that reduced
credit card theft by 15 percent. A Certified Public Accountant with 14 years of experience, Maxwell
holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/MIS, from The Ohio State University and serves as a
member of The Ohio Society of CPAs.

Elizabeth Scoville
Director of Marketing

As Director of Marketing for Foresight, Elizabeth Scoville drives the creative and strategic marketing
direction for Foresight, including corporate positioning, branding strategies, product marketing, and public relations, to increase awareness and success of the company's unique product and services offerings. With 15 years of experience primarily in healthcare marketing, she most recently served as Prudential HealthCare/Aetna-US Health Care's Midwest Manager of Communications, overseeing corporate and crisis communications as well as member, government and media relations for the 4-state region that encompassed 270,000 members, 12,000 providers and 400 employees. Prior to this she served as Director of Communications for the $65 million CMA (healthcare) Foundation, where her team garnered several local and national awards of excellence for innovative marketing and PR campaigns. Previously, she worked in marketing and media in Chicago, and served as assistant editor for several national healthcare publications produced by the publishing arm of the American Hospital Association. Scoville graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Journalism and minor in political science.

Donna Zimmerman
Director of Human Resources

Donna Zimmerman brings 25+ years of experience to her role as Director of Human Resources, primarily in the high-tech arena. She oversees strategic development and organization for Foresight's HR effort, including all aspects of employee relations, employment law and day-to day operations. Prior to Foresight, she was Senior Human Resources Manager in the Columbus division of UUNET/WorldCom, working as a member of the local HR executive management team, including branch operations in 35 cities as well as international locations. During this timeframe she was instrumental in transitioning virtually all aspects of HR infrastructure resulting from acquisition.She served in various human resources capacities during more than 20 years with CompuServe Corporation-- recognized for its innovative and leading edge human resources activities-- in all facets of human resource management, including organizational development, acquisitions/mergers and change management. During her tenure, CompuServe grew from 250 employees to more than 3,500. She is SPHR-certified and a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership LPD program.
